Answers to the most frequently asked questions from members about the rt99 VIP Rewards programme.
RT99 takes the privacy of every VIP program member seriously. All your personal information — name, phone number, email, gift delivery address and transaction records — is fully protected under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your information is never sold or shared with third parties without your consent.
Your data is stored on secure servers with multi-layer encryption. Delivery addresses for physical gifts from Platinum and Diamond VIP members are handled with full confidentiality and accessed only by authorised VIP management staff. You may request corrections or deletion of your data at any time through your VIP account manager or rt99 customer support.
Read the Full Privacy PolicyWhen you bet on any online platform, you deserve more than just a win or a loss. You deserve to be rewarded for your loyalty. That's the core idea behind the rt99 VIP Rewards program — a carefully designed loyalty system built to ensure that every player in Malaysia, from first-timers to seasoned VIP Diamond members, gets real value from every MYR they wager at rt99.
The rt99 VIP program runs on a clear, transparent five-tier system — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Unlike some platforms that bury conditions in fine print, rt99 makes all information on how to tier up, how much cashback you receive, and how to redeem points readily available in your account dashboard. No unpleasant surprises, no hidden terms — just the fairness and transparency that sit at the heart of rt99.
One thing loyal rt99 members consistently value is the exceptionally low rollover requirement on VIP cashback and rebates. At just x1 — you only need to wager the cashback amount once before it's available for withdrawal. In the context of Malaysia's online betting industry, this is among the most player-friendly rollover terms you'll find. This isn't just marketing talk — it's rt99's commitment to making sure your VIP rewards are truly usable, not just impressive figures that are difficult to cash out.
For Platinum and Diamond VIP members, the rt99 experience goes well beyond a standard betting platform. A dedicated personal account manager assigned specifically to you understands your playing patterns, sports preferences and financial needs. They can help you plan bankroll management strategies, keep you informed of promotions relevant to your interests, and ensure every withdrawal is processed with the highest priority. For Diamond members, this means withdrawals in 60 seconds — far faster than the three-minute timeframe for regular members.
The rt99 point-earning system is designed to be fair for all types of players. Whether you're a football fan betting on the Malaysia Super League and EPL, a badminton enthusiast following every Lee Zii Jia match on the BWF World Tour, a Live Casino regular who enjoys Roulette and Baccarat, or an esports player active in Mobile Legends and DOTA 2 markets — every bet placed in every section of rt99 earns the same VIP points. There's no distinction between game types, no section excluded from earning — everything is tracked and credited automatically.
The rt99 rewards catalogue is among the most diverse in the Malaysian industry. Beyond straightforward cash credits, VIP members can redeem points for Touch 'n Go eWallet vouchers, dining vouchers at selected restaurants, tickets to Malaysia Super League matches and sporting events, holiday packages at domestic Malaysian resorts, the latest gadgets, and exclusive rt99-branded accessories. The catalogue is updated regularly to keep the options relevant and appealing to today's Malaysian players.
For players looking to accelerate their VIP journey, Wednesday is the most strategic day to play at rt99. The weekly 2x Points promotion means every wager placed that day earns points at double the rate — the fastest way to push your progress towards Gold, Platinum, or Diamond. Pair that with rt99's daily and weekly missions, which award bonus points, and you'll find yourself reaching the next VIP tier much sooner than expected.
The security of rt99 VIP member information is a non-negotiable priority. This is especially important for Platinum and Diamond members who may share delivery addresses for physical gifts or banking details for large withdrawals. RT99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption, optional two-factor authentication, and an active account monitoring system to ensure no unauthorised access to your VIP account. All financial transactions — especially large withdrawals by Diamond members — go through additional verification processes for your protection.
Ultimately, the rt99 VIP Rewards programme is about recognising your trust and loyalty. Every point you accumulate is tangible proof that rt99 values the time, money, and confidence you place in this platform. From birthday bonuses credited automatically with no claim required, to exclusive event invitations for Diamond members across Malaysia — rt99 wants your experience as a VIP member to be truly meaningful and unforgettable. Start your VIP journey today and let rt99 show you just how much your loyalty means to us.
